Checking Your Home Value On The Internet

Who gets my information?

If you check your home values online, do you know where your information is going?

Many of the big portals you see on the search engines will sell your data to different agents, and you are now the target of dinner time phone calls, emails, texts, and subject to have advertisements sent to your browser by multiple people.

Are the valuations any good?

Sometimes, they are close but know that no electronic valuation can know your home by view. They simply scrape market data and match it up. Mine does that too. Look all you want. I will send you monthly updates. When you are serious though, let me know. I can do a walk through and a serious CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for you. Eventually, we will get an appraisal. If you simply want an electronic valuation though, use mine.

Use This!

Here is my home valuation tool below. I already know who you are and I will not share your information to anyone outside my team without your permission. Best of all, I am here to answer questions, not hard sell you.
